Premier Wire Die (PWD) was established in August of 2003 to provide the wire and tube industries with diamond and carbide draw tooling. The company originated in Cumberland, Rhode Island and by the following Spring a 2nd location was fully operational in Fort Wayne, Indiana. The Fort Wayne plant would ultimately become our corporate headquarters.
